Privacy notice

This notice describes the public Kinsera Health website and its synthetic-data concept demo. It does not cover a future clinical platform or the handling of patient records.

Information you choose to provide

The business contact form asks for your name, email address, inquiry type, message, and consent to a response. Organization and role are optional. Do not include patient information, medical records, or other sensitive medical data.

How contact information is used

Information submitted through the form is intended to allow Kinsera to review and respond to your business inquiry. Submitting an inquiry does not enroll you in a newsletter or authorize clinical care. The website contains no newsletter enrollment or advertising tools.

Hosting and form processing

This website is prepared for hosting and form processing by Netlify. When enabled on a Netlify deployment, submitting the form sends its contents to Netlify for delivery to Kinsera’s form dashboard. A honeypot field supports spam filtering. Hosting and form services may process request information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver the service and manage abuse.

Before launch, Kinsera must confirm its actual hosting configuration, provider terms, access permissions, and any notification destinations. See Netlify’s privacy policy for the provider’s own practices.

Demo interactions, cookies, and analytics

The demo uses fictional records bundled with the site and deterministic response templates. Selecting patients, entering example commands, and editing draft text do not send that content to an AI service or clinical system. This state lives in the current page and is cleared when the page reloads or you leave the demo. Copy buttons place selected demo text on your device’s clipboard.

This implementation does not install analytics, advertising trackers, or application cookies, and does not use local storage. Fonts are served with the site. This statement does not establish what a future host configuration or additional integrations may collect; review the notice whenever those change.

Retention and access

Before launch, Kinsera must establish a retention and deletion schedule for contact submissions, identify who can access them, and confirm how requests are handled. This draft makes no claim that a particular retention period, security certification, or security procedure is already in place.

Your inquiries and privacy requests

You can use the contact form to ask about information submitted through this website or request correction or deletion, subject to applicable requirements. Do not include identity documents or sensitive information in your initial request. You may also contact anishvenkatesan@kinsera.health.

Audience and changes

The site is intended for professional and business audiences. It is not a patient portal. Kinsera should update this notice when the website’s actual data practices change.
